Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Honors degree (preferably B.Sc. in CSE).
• Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the following sectors: Training Institutes, IT Enabled Services, EdTech Startups.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience in IT or skill development institutes.
• Must have a strong freelancing background on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.

Skills & Expertise

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Canva / Figma
• Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing
• Online Freelancing Marketplaces
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, branding, and creative design sense

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons on design fundamentals, typography, color theory, branding, and storytelling.
• Teach industry tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
• Guide learners through real-world projects: logos, posters, social media creatives, videos, and animations.
• Train students in video editing (cuts, transitions, sound design, color grading, VFX).
• Teach motion graphics (typography animation, logo animation, digital illustration).
• Help students build strong freelancing portfolios and prepare for professional opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with new design and media trends.
• Assess and mentor students with constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other trainers to update and improve the curriculum.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 22 to 40 years
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about mentoring and creative education.
