CLICKEL DIGITAL is seeking an experienced Bidder / Proposal Specialist to manage and scale our presence on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proven track record in winning high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a software company or freelancing marketplace and a deep understanding of online bidding strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute bidding strategies across Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
Identify high-value opportunities and target the right clients
Write, review, and optimize high-converting proposals and cost estimates
Manage advanced client communication, negotiations, and deal closures
Collaborate with developers and designers to define accurate scope, pricing, and timelines
Train, mentor, and supervise junior bidders
Monitor KPIs, proposal performance, and conversion rates to improve results
Maintain strong platform metrics, including ratings, response time, and compliance
Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
