Job Context

Ensure the Digital Marketing / Training area is properly maintained with a view of the image of the company.

Job Responsibilities

● Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
● Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
● Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
● Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
● Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
● Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
● Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
● Completes digital marketing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Maintains training employees.
● WordPress, Copywriting, Youtube Marketing , SMM , Linkdin , Adword , Facebook Ads, google Analytics ,Database Marketing, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
● Microsoft Office, Basic Knowledge on Using Computer Hardware and Network Troubleshooting, Communicative English.

Employment Status

Full-Time | 10 AM - 6 PM (6 days a week)

Educational Requirements

● Bachelor/BSc/Honours/ Degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

● Teaching experience will be preferred
● Online Earning Program, Soft Skill, Freelancing with Using Smartphone
● At least 1 Year + experience in Company Job
● 1 Year + experience Freelancer will be preferred
● Experienced in Active and Passive Market Place for Freelancing would be a plus point.

15,000 To 25,000/- (Negotiation)
